Return Policy
At Love Legacy, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We understand that sometimes sizing can be a challenge, which is why we offer a hassle-free exchange policy within 5 days after delivery. Please take a moment to review our return policy outlined below.
To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service team at contact@lovelegacy.in within 5 days of receiving the item.
NOTE-This doesn't apply on international orders.
In compliance with our hygiene standards, all exchanged items will undergo a quality check by our team and will be approved or declined for exchange accordingly.
We retain the right to refuse an exchange request under specific circumstances. These include instances where the product/s have been utilized or if they have incurred damage. It is the responsibility of the customer to ship the item back to us, utilizing the provided tracking ID. The tracking ID should be communicated to us via email within the same email thread, specifically at contact@lovelegacy.in. Upon receipt of the item at our facility, we will meticulously examine its condition to ascertain whether it has been used or damaged. Following our evaluation, we will confirm the approval status of the exchange request. If the request is not approved, we will return the original item to the customer.
Upon receiving the returned item, we will process the exchange within 7-10 business days.
If you have received a defective product, please share images with us at contact@lovelegacy.in, and we will respond within 24 hours.
Exchanges can only be made for the same product and for a different size once.
Please note that exchanges are subject to availability, and we cannot guarantee that the size you need will be in stock. If the desired size is unavailable, we will issue you a store credit. The store credit will be valid for one month from the date of issue.
Note - To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact. Please note that any item showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be eligible for an exchange.
Cancellation and Refund
Cancellation and refund are not possible for any orders.

Non-Exchangeable Items
Certain items are non-exchangeable, including but not limited to:
- Items purchased on sale or during promotional offers.
